Depreciation Reports, also commonly known as Reserve Fund Studies, are prepared to help owners maximize the service life of their building's assets.

Our firm provides detailed reports that include all of the components of a BCA and MRP and also includes a financial analysis and multiple funding scenarios.

We review the current Contingency Reserve Fund (CRF) account balance, CRF contributions, and operating costs to determine if current funding levels are adequate to meet anticipated expenditures. Reports typically include up to four funding scenarios to help owners plan for major expenditures. Information for the financial analysis is presented in tabular and graphical format.

Our team works with Property Managers and strata representatives to develop an achievable and sustainable financial plan that will reduce or eliminate deferred maintenance and extend the service life of the building and its assets.

We are currently using a new building asset management software that provides enhanced services to our clients and to building owners.
